B. Gajalakshmi is a dedicated and compassionate teaching professional with over six years of experience in pre-primary and primary education. Skilled in designing engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans, she effectively manages classrooms while fostering the holistic development of young learners.  She has strong communicational, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and is passionate about nurturing creativity, curiosity, and independence in her students. Holding a Bachelor of Computer Applications from GSS Jain College, a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Madras University, and a Diploma in Teacher Training. She is committed to continuous professional growth and the adoption of innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and achievement. She firmly believes that learning is a lifelong journey, and the teacher’s role is to inspire, guide, and support every learner along the way.
